Refund Policy — Clear Rules, No Surprises

We want every reading to be meaningful. If it isn't, we offer a clear refund process.
The rules depend on what you bought and whether you've received your reading yet.
Our Refund Rules
📖 One-Time Reading — Before Reading
- ✓Full refund within 7 days of purchase, if you haven't started the reading yet.
- ✓After 7 days without reading: no refund.
📖 One-Time Reading — After Reading
- ✗Once your reading is delivered, the transaction is complete.
- ✗One-time readings are non-refundable after delivery.
⭐ Subscription — Before Any Reading
- ✓Full refund within 7 days of purchase, if you haven't used any reading.
- ✓This covers monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
⭐ Subscription — After First Reading
- ⚠Full refund within 24 hours of your first reading.
- ⚠One refund of this type per account, lifetime.
- ⚠After 24 hours or second refund request: access continues until end of billing period, no prorated refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately (such as tarot readings), this right is waived once delivery begins, provided you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
At checkout, you will be asked to explicitly agree that the digital reading content will be delivered immediately upon purchase, and that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery commences. Our refund policy (above) provides more generous protection than the statutory minimum.

How to Request a Refund
- Visit our Contact page and submit a refund request form.
- Email us directly with your order details and the email address used for purchase.
- Include your order reference (found in your purchase confirmation) to speed up processing.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- One-time readings after delivery has begun.
- Subscription refund requests more than 7 days after purchase (unused) or more than 24 hours after first reading (used).
- Second or subsequent "dissatisfied" refund request on a subscription (limit: 1 per account).
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us.
- Abuse: serial refunds across multiple accounts (>3 requests in 90 days), at our sole discretion.
