EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately (such as tarot readings), this right is waived once delivery begins, provided you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

At checkout, you will be asked to explicitly agree that the digital reading content will be delivered immediately upon purchase, and that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery commences. Our 7-day refund policy (above) provides more generous protection than the statutory minimum.

How to Request a Refund

Email us directly with your order details and the email address used for purchase.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (single readings).
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund.
Abuse of the refund policy — including but not limited to serial refund requests across multiple accounts, or repeat refunds exceeding 3 requests within any 90-day period — determined at our sole discretion.
